I relapsed

well I am a newbie on this app and at night I relapsed because I was so much fed up with this shit and this morning while taking shower I relapsed ( I didn't watch porn this morning only yesterday I watched) so idk it is counted as an relapse but I have no motivation but trying my full best. do you think it was a relapse???
